Water District #3 Customers,

We wanted to inform our customers about a few things going on and services that we offer here at the water office. Our new water plant is hopefully going to be delivered by the end of February or beginning of March. We are very excited to get it here and in operation! With that being said once the new plant is installed and operational, we will begin flushing the lines throughout the district to flush iron from them. This will be done at night so that we minimize the iron our customers see in their homes. It will take some time but we feel that this is the best option.

We also offer ACH monthly payments where we can store a checking account on file and debit on the 12th of every month. We now offer the service of ACH but can store a debit or credit card on file and it will be handled the same way and be debited on the 12th of every month as well. The customer will still receive their monthly bill like always so they know the usage and amount of the bill.

We are currently working on trying to get e-bills set up so that we can email statements to the customers that choose to have it delivered that way.
If you are interested in any of these services, please contact our office so that we can assist you in getting it set up.

Just a reminder that someone is on call 24/7 so if you have an emergency, you can call the office and there will be a number on the answering machine to call. We also wanted to remind our customers to please stay out of the meter boxes. The components inside them are very expensive and if the customer happens to break anything they will be held responsible to reimburse the district for damage caused.
